Install

We install all types of wood flooring including... pre-finished woods, parquet flooring, engineered woods, laminates (Purgo), cork, hand scraped, and raw woods. We also specialize in custom boarder, inlays, herring bone patterns, running bond, and framed. If you’re looking for something unique and extravagant, we can help with the design and fabrication of your ideas. We are experienced with all types of substrates and sub floors for glue down or floating floors.

Sanding

Our technicians only use the latest in "dustless" equipment and have the best equipment to capture the sanding dust. This equipment makes as much dust as two weeks without dusting your home. Our team is trained in sanding all types of wood from maple, oak, hickory, and exotics.

Finishing

3PC uses the best finishes and stains available on the market. Want low VOC's, let us use a water based finish on your floor. Like the brilliant look, we can use acid cured finishes that are extremely durable and brings out the beauty of the wood. We can also use polyurethane’s, tongue oils or wax.
