At 3 Point Construction conserving is a win-win situation. Some companies significantly over estimate square footage numbers to increase profits and generate greater waste. We on the other hand accurately measure your floor to give you a precise estimate of how much product is needed, no more no less! Most companies also add in a 10%-15% waste factor in their estimate, but we have fine tuned our installation procedures to waste approximately 6% or less during typical installations, that's a huge savings for you, our company and the environment. We take great pride in every floor we install and wish to satisfy our customers 100%.
